The Anshore Team has several decades of experience of leading and running SMEs in a number of different industry sectors including manufacturing, construction, retail and hospitality. As such our Team fully understands the pressures on SMEs and the challenges they face every day.
In running these businesses our Team had a goal of creating a Company Culture that was motivating, inclusive, supportive and would develop the skills of the staff.
We established and applied what actually worked, focusing on developing a cohesive team, who could work together through effective communication, shared goals, ideas and responsibilities. It is these insights that our Team will share in supporting your business to achieve its goals.
Our Team, amongst other things, have successfully taken a company from start up to employing 220 staff within 5 years, set up a construction company and taken it to an annual turnover of £15m within 12 months and in a 6 month period delivered 22 newly trained staff members through a training academy.
