We often feel that we are not our number one priority and that we should concentrate on others first, believing our priority is keeping our partner, our children and maybe even our parents happy. But the sad reality is that if we are not content ourselves it is very difficult to make people around us truly happy. You need to make sure you have your life vest on first before you can help others with theirs.
